1. What kind of products do you sell?
We offer high-quality printed t-shirts featuring unique and creative designs. All our t-shirts are printed on demand using Printful’s premium printing services.
2. How are your t-shirts made?
Each t-shirt is made to order and printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) technology by our trusted fulfillment partner, Printful.
3. Where do you ship from?
Printful has fulfillment centers in the US, Europe, and other locations. Your order will be shipped from the nearest facility to ensure faster delivery and lower shipping costs.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location:
US: 3–7 business days
Europe: 3–10 business days
International: 5–20 business days
Please note that delays can occasionally happen due to high demand or customs.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
6. What’s your return policy?
Since all products are made to order, we generally don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., ordering the wrong size). However, if your item is damaged or there’s a printing error, contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, and we’ll make it right.
7. How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart. We recommend checking the measurements carefully before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.
8. Do you offer custom designs or bulk orders?
At the moment, we only offer the designs shown on our site. If you’re interested in bulk orders or collaborations, feel free to contact us.
